Custom Rubber Keypads

Dyna-Graphics has designed and manufactured silicone rubber keypads for numerous industries and applications. Silicone rubber keypads can be found in a broad array of industries, including the medical, consumer electronics, computer, communication, test instrumentation, and security sectors.

Applications for silicone rubber keypads include cell phones, handheld (“smart”) terminals, electronic test equipment, computer peripherals, office and business equipment, and security monitoring devices, to name a few.

Custom Touch Screen Technology

Dyna-Graphics’ industrial touch screens are available with 4-Wire, 5-Wire, and 8-Wire analog resistive technology, utilizing ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) top and bottom layers.

Applications of 4-wire touch screen technology include industrial-grade personal computers, portable electronic devices, consumer components, and remote controls. Our 5-wire resistive touch screens operate even if the top layer is damaged, and provide high cycle endurance and quick response. Five-wire touch screens are used in casino gaming machines, point-of-sale systems, voting units, and financial equipment. Eight-wire resistive touch screens are extremely accurate. Industrial touch screens with 8-wire construction are found in factory automation equipment, harsh-environment systems and instrumentation systems.

Custom Membrane Switch Technology

Dyna-Graphics continues to deliver membrane switches designed to interface with signal currents – specifically, interfacing with microprocessor or microprocessor-based modules or systems.
